The mission of CSN is to help low and moderate income clients access the knowledge, skills and services that promote independence and self-sufficiency. The goal is to promote both immediate and sustained success.

Community Service Network Inc. is a grass-roots, non-profit
agency dedicated to acting as a bridge from individual &
family crises to the appropriate service or solution in the
ten communities it serves. CSN helps our clients in their
pursuit to secure the essentials of a reasonable standard of living.
CSN's desire and intent is to be a helping hand, rather than a handout.
CSN encourages those clients whom we have aided in their
struggle to overcome personal and financial problems to join
in our efforts to help others! Real, positive role models
provide tangible testament to these formulae for success.
CSN services ten (10) communities and provides a variety of
client oriented services:
* Information and Referral
* Advocacy and Case Management
* Housing Assistance Program (HAP) including Employment
Counseling
* Family Self-Sufficiency Workshops
* Case Management for Local Housing Authorities
* MFHA's “Get the Lead Out” and Home Owner Improvement Loan
Programs
* First Time Home Buyer Education, Down Payment,
Closing Cost, and Soft-second Mortgage Programs.
* MHFA's Purchase and Rehabilitation Program
